Abstract

Ultrafast laser technology has been a key to realizing time resolved x-ray experiments. We present calculations of XUV radiation from the ultraintense laser field-atom interaction. The Larmor radiation model discussed incorporates ionization and coherent summation of the radiation from the relativistic electron motion in a 3D focused laser field.
