Laser Direct Writing of 1 × N Polymer Waveguide Fanout

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Low loss 1 × N polymer channel waveguide fanout is realized by laser writing technique. The feature of real-time correction of the waveguide fanout patterns can achieve uniformity control of output power by adjusting the branching positions and waveguide coupler lengths through monitoring output channel intensities.
