Nanowire array electrode in an organic light emitting diode

Abstract

Organic light emitting diodes with a novel metallic nanowire array anode were fabricated from copper filled porous alumina. A light-emitting polymer was used as the emissive material. Electrical characteristics and electroluminescence spectra are presented.
