Circular Polarized Second Harmonic Microscopy

Abstract

Second harmonic generation imaging with circular polarized fundamental light produces uniform intensity images as compared with linear polarization case. Both biological and solid crystallin samples exhibit similar behaviour, while the interpretation should be different.
