Abstract

We describe a method of dark field gradient imaging using radial and azimuthally polarized Cylindrical-vector (CV) beams. Experimental data will be compared to a theoretical model based on Rigorous Coupled Wave calculations of periodic features. Particular attention is given to dark field gradient images and its analysis.
