Abstract

This paper proposes a power-differential method for high-resolution wavelength monitoring of multiple channels using a single detector. Adjacent AWG bands are modulated with different phase settings and signals are obtained in the FFT domain. A wavelength resolution of 5 pm has been experimentally demonstrated.
