Imaging APC/Min(+/−) colon cancer model mice with ultrahigh resolution endoscopic FD-OCT at 800nm

Abstract

UHR tomograms (Δλ=150nm, λc=800nm) fully penetrate the mouse colon and allow improved visualization of microscopic tissue features including crypts and abnormal growth. In vivo tomograms of colonic adenoma are compared to normal tissue.
