Experimental demonstration of all Optically Driven Deformable Membrane via High frequency AC light Modulation and DC bias

Abstract

We propose a new mechanism for an Optically-Addressed-Deformable-Mirror device. This device is electrically driven with DC bias and optically addressed using high frequency modulated light. The back-illumination deforms the membrane due to the impedance redistribution.
