Heisenberg limited interferometry with neutral atoms

Abstract

We propose an efficient strategy for generating GHZ states of neutral atoms trapped inside a cavity. We then deterministicaly transform these GHZ states into path entangled NOON states for Heisenberg limited atom interferometry.
