Endoscopic Combined Optical Coherence Tomography and Laser Induced Fluorescence Spectroscopy of Tissues

Abstract

Endoscopes were developed for simultaneous OCT and LIF spectroscopy. Issues regarding differing optical requirements of the modalities were overcome with careful design and materials selection. Mouse colon, ovary and artificial blood vessel images are presented.
