Resonant Structures in Polymer Photonic Crystals Presenting a Photonic Bandgap

Abstract

We will present novel optical resonator structures fabricated in 2D-slab polymer photonic crystals showing a photonic bandgap. Devices are fabricated using direct electron-beam lithography in doped polymer materials. Suspended structures achieve adequate index contrast.
