Abstract

We describe several schemes for fabricating micro-optics, including: 1.) diamond turning or milling and 2.) Deep X-Ray Lithography of lenses, 3.) LIGA fabrication of photonic bandgap materials, and 4.) forming an array of wave-guides that function like a telescope.
