Order in Biomolecular Assemblies using a Combination of Polarized Evanescent-Wave Spectroscopies

Abstract

We describe a rigorous methodology to extract order information of biomolecular assemblies on solid supports using a combination of two polarized evanescent-wave spectroscopies: total internal reflection fluorescence and attenuated total reflection absorbance.
