Randomly phase-locked microlaser arrays with “fuzzy” stationary eigenmodes

Abstract

Random parameter deviations yield phased locked arrays with randomly distributed phasing, radiation intensities and carrier densities. Self-regulated NL frequency pulling overcomes random detuning. A tolerance threshold for the existence of fuzzy stationary eigenmodes is derived.
