Abstract

Organic photodetectors made from regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) [P3HT] and [6,6]-phenyl C61 butyric-acid methyl-ester [PCBM] with a broad internal quantum efficiency spectrum reaching 45% at 510 nm have been shown to have a bandwidth of 500Khz that changes with device geometry.
