Wavelength Control in Tunable External Cavity Laser Diode

Abstract

We proposed a tunable external cavity laser diode. Control of the reflection angle in the cavity enables us to conduct a stable wavelength scanning. The wavelength was linearly scanned without mode-hopping and intensity change.
