Stoichiometric and Morphological Effects on the Photovoltaic Properties of Conjugated Polymer/C60 Distributed Heterojunction Devices

Abstract

We report the effects of thin-film stoichiometry and morphology on the short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage of organic-based photocells. Performance of these devices depends strongly on the relative concentration in the polymer /C60 blend.
