Abstract

Dispersion-compensation within a custom nonlinear optical microscope is achieved using chirped mirrors. Characterization of sub-10-fs pulses is achieved by interferometric autocorrelation in mouse tail tendon and simultaneous two-photon excited fluorescence of common fluorescent dyes.
