Abstract

We numerically compare properties of SiO2‐TiO2 and SiO2‐Si3N4 chirped mirrors oriented to λ = 800 nm. Silicon nitride mirrors provide better pulse compression. Numerical optimization of silicon nitride mirrors has also been made.
