Abstract

Polarization-dependent inhomogeneous anisotropic nanoscale structures are presented. We experimentally demonstrate vectorial vortex mode transformation, extraordinary coherent thermal emission from coupled resonant cavities supporting surface waves, plasmonic bandgap structures and observation of spin-based plasmonic effect.
