A Model-Based Non-Iterative Reconstruction Approach for Optical Tomography

Abstract

A model-based non-iterative reconstruction approach is developed for optical tomography through a sparse representation for the inverse matrix. Source coding theory is used to efficiently pre-store the inverse matrix, thereby substantially improving computation speed.
