Abstract

We demonstrate a single-shot ultrafast optical oscilloscope using a four-wave-mixing-based parametric time-lens integrated on a CMOS-compatible silicon photonic chip. We experimentally demonstrate measurement with a 100-ps record length and 220-fs resolution.
