Imaging Metal Nanoparticle Tumor Targeting Kinetics

Abstract

Metal nanoparticles constitute multifunctional nanovectors for the combined targeting, imaging, and treatment of solid tumors. We demonstrate the in vivo targeting kinetics of metal nanoparticles (rods and shells) using multiphoton microscopy, narrowband imaging, and DOS.
