Abstract

Double-helix microscopes localize the three-dimensional (3D) position of multiple particles with nanometer-scale precisions using a single image, and can be operated directly in microscope modalities such as bright-field, dark-field, fluorescence, and PALM/STORM/F-PALM type superresolution nanoscopy.
