Size Dependence of Two-Photon in Lead Salt Quantum Dots

Abstract

Two-photon absorption (2PA) is measured for different sizes of lead-salt quantum dots, a slight increasing of the 2PA for smaller quantum-dots is observed and the results is discussed based on a four-band envelope function formalism.
