Abstract

Co-registered nonlinear optical microscopy (NLOM) and Fourier domain optical coherence microscopy (OCM) are integrated using sub-10-fs laser pulses. This NLOM-OCM setup is used to characterize cornea microstructure and mechanical response as a function of depth.
