Observation of flow-dependent blood optical inhomogeneity using joint Spectral and Time domain OCT

Abstract

In this paper we would like to report that dynamic change of human blood refractive index have an influence on Doppler OCT measurement. The obtained data show an interesting attributes of this phenomenon.
