Abstract

We design and demonstrate angularly insensitive structural color from nanostructured metal surfaces using an aperiodic Pinwheel array. Plasmon-enhanced light scattering of Au nanoparticle arrays deposited on a Au thin films is observed by dark-field scattering and angle- resolved reflection spectroscopy.
