Abstract
We have developed simple adaptive optic devices for confocal laser scanning microscopy using liquid crystals. This device corrects aberrations due to thickness error of cover glasses or deep observations without touching an objective lens. Furthermore we can place the device simply to bottom of an objective lens. We will report design of the devices and experimental results using test beads and cells.
