On-chip OTDM Signal Generator with Minimal Loss

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We demonstrate OTDM devices on a Silicon chip with near-equal power distribution. The fabricated 20Gbit/s generator has < 500µm×700µm footprint and can be seamlessly integrated with low speed electro-optic modulators.
