Digital Holographic Microscopy applied to neglected diseases analysis

Abstract

Holographic Microscopy is a powerful method for study of microstructured samples. In this work, we used a Digital Holographic Microscope for detection of neglected diseases in Brazil, as leishmaniasis, a lethal and large distribution illness.
