Absorbance-Modulation-Optical Lithography (AMOL) Using a Photochromic Polymer

Abstract

A new technique of using photochromic polymer instead of photochromic molecules and eliminating the need for a barrier layer (PVA) between photoresist and photochromic materials from conventional AMOL technique is described here.
