Abstract

A dual-color plasmonic lens for focusing two independent traveling surface plasmon polariton (SPP) pulses into a common sub-femtoliter spot is demonstrated. The plasmonic lens is used to generate surface-sensitive, four-wave mixing (FWM) signals from individual Si particles.
