Electro-optically Switchable Modal Entangled Photon Pairs from Integrated Optic Mach Zehnder Interferometer

Abstract

We propose a scheme for generating spatial modal entangled photon pairs; using a modified integrated optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer and show the possibility of manipulating the output entangled state using an electro-optic switch.
