Abstract
Optical coherence tomography can accurately map corneal, epithelial, stromal thicknesses, and measure corneal curvatures. It’s useful in keratoconus screening, intraocular lens power calculation, phototherapeutic keratectomy guidance, imaging of corneal diseases and surgeries (implantation and transplantation).
