Subdiffraction-Limit Focusing with Plasmonic Lens Designed in Fresnel Region

Abstract

A theoretical study of plasmonic lens designing in Fresnel region to achieve subdiffraction-limit focusing is presented. Numerical simulations based on FDTD method are conducted to study the lens performance with respect to various design parameters.
