Abstract
A LED standard lamp with high optical and thermal stability is demonstrated. 4-in-1 LED packaging, which can not only make the current density decrease but also enhance the thermal stability. The well designed module can control the diverging angle of LED as 60° and 120° at FWHM. As a result, the stability can reach 99.5 % in normal operation. Besides, the module can be combined with commercial LED to change the diverging angle and the ACCTD can be reduced from 2930 K to 415 K with decay of 34.9% in efficiency. Consequently, the light source of the LED standard lamp can be adopted partically.
