Plasmonic photonic crystal fiber couplers

Abstract

We report on the polarization-dependent attenuation and birefringence in gold-filled dual-core photonic crystal fiber (PCF) coupler, which result the polarization-dependent coupling. The results suggest the PCF coupler application as polarization filter.
