Functional Imaging of Hemodynamics in the Rat Retina with Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

An ultrahigh-speed spectral domain OCT system was used to measure functional hyperemia in the rat retina. Hemodynamic imaging is performed using Doppler and speckle decorrelation techniques to quantify retinal blood flow and generate OCT angiograms.
