Abstract

Three-dimensional micrometer-sized parabolic mirror arrays are designed. High-quality parabolic mirror arrays are fabricated by the direct laser writing technique. These arrays are beneficial to the development of light-directing light emitting diodes and ultra-high efficiency solar cells.
