Design, properties, and experimental generation of partially coherent stable and spiral beams

Abstract

Partially coherent beams whose intensity distributions do not change except of possible scaling and rotation during propagation through optical systems are considered. Their evolution during the propagation through homogeneous medium with obstacle is experimentally studied.
