Distance Measurement Using Temporal-Coherence Interferometer with Optical Frequency Comb and Fiber Etalons

Abstract

Absolute distance measuring method is developed by using temporal-coherence interferometry of optical frequency comb with 15-GHz fiber etalons, and a scanning stage. The fringe processing is automatically made with electric circuit.
