Widely-pulsewidth-tunable ultrashort pulse generation from a birefringent carbon nanotube mode-locked fiber laser

Abstract

Through leveraging both the nonlinear hybrid mode-locking and the linear Lyot filtering effects, ultrashort puleses covering a nearly one order-of-magnitude pulsewidth range can be generated from a CNT mode-locked fiber laser with large cavity birefringence.
