High Selectivity Plasmonic Color Filter Using a Single Dielectric Film Layer

Abstract

We design, fabricate, and characterize a plasmonic color filter with a transmission bandwidth smaller than 20 nm and an efficiency around 80%. The filter was fabricated using an Al2O3 film by interferometric lithography.
