Control of non-classical interference in a 3D multipath interferometer on a chip

Abstract

We present the first demonstration of quantum interferometry in an integrated, 3D interferometer. We control single and multi-photon interferences in the device using a thermo-optic phase shifter and predict Fisher information approaching a theoretical maximum.
