Three-dimensional holographic tracking approach based on full-field complex wavefront matching

Abstract

A new holographic tracking method capable to calculate, simultaneously and in a single step, all the spatial coordinates is presented. Experimental tests on trapped particles and living cells, flowing into a microfluidic channel, are accomplished.
