Fabrication and Optical Transmission Properties of ZnO Nanowire Waveguide Arrays

Abstract

We demonstrate the fabrication of ZnO nanowire arrays of controlled diameter and spacing and show that strong resonant transmission of visible light through ZnO nanowaveguide arrays in a silver film can be achieved.
