Abstract
We report the first stabilized CMOS-compatible on-chip Kerr frequency comb at 220 mHz instability. The system is a promising compact platform for coherent Raman spectroscopy, coherent optical communication, optical arbitrary waveform generation, and astrophysical spectrography.
