Abstract

We investigated experimentally the plasmon-enhanced emission enhancement of the amorphous silicon quantum dots light-emitting device with the subwavelength crossed Ag gratings as the top layer in the Ag/SiOx:a-Si QDs/Ag sandwich cavity.
