Cavity Effect of a Dielectric Layer on Nanograting Structures

Not Accessible

Abstract

We study the cavity effect of a dielectric layer on nanograting structures. Varying the thickness of the thin dielectric layer causes the waves in the cavity to oscillate between constructive and destructive interference.
